2012-Jan-20 | Congratulations Dr. Eftekharpour on your new appointment!
The SCRC would like to congratulate Dr. Eftekhar Eftekharpour
on being appointed Assistant Professor in the Department of
Physiology. Dr. Eftekharpour has been a Senior Research Associate and
a core investigator in the Spinal Cord Research Centre since February
2010. He has established a new laboratory on the role of neuroprotection
in restoration of spinal cord function following injury and has already
received multiple grants to pursue his research. We most heartily welcome
the appointment of Dr. Eftekharpour as a faculty member at the
University of Manitoba.
