Capture
Analysis
- Added LDP amplitude measurements to the burstareas analysis script as one of
the output field choices in the -d option (-d L).
Added the -m option to burstareas for merging multiple runs into columns of
output.
- Fixed three small bugs in burstareas:
correctly handle an empty result count at the end of a failed analysis,
handle slashes in unit specifiers in peak amplitude measurement (e.g. "V/s"),
and make the parsing of field codes in the -d option more reliable.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed analysis and other programs not to pause after showing a warning message
when input and output are both redirected to a file, as when run within an
analysis script.
- Fixed parameter line editing to work properly on 64-bit Linux systems, so it
no longer garbles input when deleting characters within the line of text.
- Fixed X Window application start-up to avoid placing window off-screen
when saved geometry has inappropriate window placement.
This was a problem on shared systems, where analysis was carried out by the
same login user but at different screens, or switching from single-screen to
dual-screen configurations.
Now it saves separate window geometries in the .neuro.xrm file for non-primary
X Window displays of different sizes, and also corrects off-screen positions.
- Fixed to build correctly on newer Cygwin systems, including 64-bit version.
